    Job Title:
    Head of Sales and Events
    Hours Full time 37 hour per week
    Contract - Freelance fixed term contract for 12 months with potential extension
    THE EVENT AGENCY & CULTURE

    A small London-based creative event agency that runs a variety of events from meetings and events, corporate away days, dinners and Christmas parties.

    The creative event agency is quickly becoming one of the leading event design and management companies in London. Running events not only across London but internationally.

    Head of sales & Events - Event Agency
    Hybrid working, bonus, commission, overtime

    Salary:
    Up to £45,000 DEO + bonus
    Freelance fixed term contract for 12 months - with potential for extension

    THE HEAD OF SALES & EVENTS ROLE

    You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs.

    Hybrid working after training

    Bonus and commission structure
    Overtime

    Ideally three years experience within a similar field.
    Not be afraid to pick up the phone with clients and suppliers.
    Enjoy face-to-face and telephone interaction with suppliers and clients.
    A leader with commercial experience & An intuitive personality will be crucial and a passion for events and willing to learn


    • An understanding of the sales process
    • Ability to use the Microsoft office suite
    • Reporting on sales and events figures
    Putting together event costs and creative proposals
    Account management - Building relationships with the client throughout the planning process and ensuring timely response times
    Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers such as entertainment, Av and production suppliers
