    Customer Success Manager (German Speaker) - Pre IPO Unicorn SaaS Scale Up

    The Position

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a German portfolio of customers, helping to reach full utilisation of the SaaS platform and offerings.

    Responsible for managing a small team of Implementation Analysts (also German speaking), where you will be involved in early phases of the customer onboarding process and completing feature implementation projects.

    Managing a portfolio of customers ranging from Mid-Market to Enterprise.

    Tasked with driving opportunity for expansion and growth within your existing customers, highlighting opportunities for the wider sales division.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years' experience of Customer Success experience, working within the SaaS industry.
    • Strong German speaking proficiency.
    • Strong track record of metrics - health score, retention, and expansion.
    • Previous experience managing a team (this can be outside CS)
    • Strong customer engagement skills, building rapport and effective communication, providing first class service delivery to all customers.
