    About the role

    Youll beresponsible for effectivecapacity allocation to meet customer demand. Through closecollaboration with the planning and logistics teams as well astechnical colleagues you will ensure we are able to deliveroutstanding customer service. This role is based at our brand newoffice in Sheffield as part of a wider planning and customerservice team.

    What youll be doing

    • Manageinstallation capacity and scheduling.
    • Liaisewith customers technicians and team leader.
    • Always remain polite and professional.
    • Support Team Leads to find improved ways ofworking.
    • Manage and coach others in the use ofAIRA systems.
    • Support and work closely withtechnicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
    • Book materials create purchase orders andcoordinate delivery of materials.
    • Be aware ofthe current performance of the teams and use this knowledge andgained experience to optimize the service operations.
    • Receive forecasts from the central functionimplement optimizations and improvements and feed back resultseither directly or through the TeamLead.
