    Description

    WHOLESALE SALES COORDINATOR

    ROLAND MOURET is looking for a WHOLESALE SALES COORDINATORto support the Sales team with back of house and front of house duties in season as well as the seasonal wholesale campaigns. The Wholesale Account Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts, and providing swift, responsive action to their requirements. This is a full-time on-site role based in our London office. Travel to continental Europe may be required,if and when necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a wholesale role within thefashion industry and will have a thorough understanding and working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel.

    Main functions include:

    Sales

    • Showroom set up and take down Booking seasonal sales appointments, managing calendar showroom sales appointments Checking PO's, order entry, OC send out Day to day management of the existing customer base, maintaining clear andprofessional communicationwithclients and providing swift responsive action to their requests in accordance with company processes. Working with our international sales agents. Ensuring all assets and communications are shared in a timely manner. Compiling selling and training Packs for internal and external use. Supporting Sales Manager to carry out trainings in store.
    • Store visits, market research and competitor analysis. Reports of the experience
    • Supporting Sales Manager and working alongside our logistics team to coordinate stock swaps, re-orders and faulty claims.
    • Collaborating cross departmentally following weekly logistics meetings ensuring shipments run to schedules, any challenges are resolved in a timely manner and deliveries go out on time.

    Trade Reporting and Analysis

    • Supporting Sales Manager by analysing weekly sell through reports and updating internal departmental trade report document weekly. Providing data and insights to the management team
    • End of season reporting and analysis. Gathering information in a timely manner and preparing documents for internal and external presentations andmeetings.

    Systems and Administrative Duties

    • Proficiency in our IP/Order systems; Zedonk and Joor
    • Wholesale data entry: creating and formatting contact sheets, itineraries, and calendars. Ensuring wholesale account records are complete, accurate and up to date
    • Supporting the wholesale asst with managing sample shipments to/from agents and showroom using DHL

    Marketing

    • Liaisewithour Graphic Designer to ensure all sales materials are prepared for market in accordance with the critical path.
    • Coordinate with external clients to ensure brand communication and styling guidelines are shared (visual merchandising, press reviews, etc).

    Finance

    • Work closelywithour accounts department to ensure invoices are shared with customers and paid on time. Monitor deposit tracker in collaboration with accounting team to ensure invoices are chased weekly and accurately.

    The Candidate:

    Strong products sensitivity with strong fashion markets knowledge.

    Strong analytical skills and comfortable with figures.

    Strong Negotiation skills.

    Ability to sell the collection in the showroom.

    Good presentation and communication.

    Fluent in English. Second language is beneficial.
