    Strategic Business Development Manager (Artificial Intelligence Compute)

As part of our Strategic Initiatives Team focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) & (HPC), you will engage in comprehensive market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and customer insights to evaluate and drive new business ventures. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our strategic business development plans, ensuring the implementation and success of initiatives that identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the tech industry. This role offers the chance to influence the future of tech sales and make a significant societal impact.

    • High-Performance Computing (HPC)
    • AI and Machine Learning GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)

    This role will suit a strategic and dynamic business development professional with a strong background in AI technologies and sales enablement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at forming strategic alliances, this position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of AI applications, and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies. The successful candidate will also have a keen ability to navigate the complexities of global markets and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    What You Will Do:

    • Empower Sales Teams : Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed for selling sophisticated AI-based High-Performance Compute solutions, fostering collaboration across an ecosystem that includes major tech partners and independent software vendors.
    • Develop Strategic Alliances : Create and maintain a strategic framework that enhances partnerships between major tech corporations, identifying synergy and market growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate for Success : Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Learning & Development, Centers of Competence, and Services teams to build strategic relationships, broaden our customer base, and maximize sales potential.
    • Enhance Operational Efficiency : Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, support training initiatives, and develop compelling use cases for enterprise solutions.
    • Customer Engagement : Interact with customers to support sales teams and reinforce customer strategy efforts.
    • Sales Enablement : Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote AI-based solutions, facilitating collaborative ventures across a diverse tech ecosystem.
    • Strategic Alliances : Construct and maintain a strategic framework that enhances partnerships between leading tech companies, identifying and leveraging opportunities for synergy and market growth.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Learning & Development, Centers of Competence, and Services teams to build strategic relationships, broaden the customer base, and maximize sales potential.
    • Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, support training initiatives, and develop compelling use cases for enterprise solutions.
    • Solution Development : Formulate use cases for enterprises by deeply understanding industry-specific challenges and the benefits of a cohesive tech ecosystem, and by designing integrated solutions.

    Your Professional Background:

    • Business Acumen and Negotiation : Exceptional communication and negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of AI technologies and their market applications.
    • Proactive and Results-Driven : A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset, suitable for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Technological Expertise : A strong grasp of AI solutions and ecosystems, with the ability to stay current with technological advancements.
    • Strategic Mindset : Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies that respond to market trends and customer needs.

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Experience in Field Sales : Previous field sales experience is highly beneficial.
    • Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
