    Under new ownership, our client is undergoing a thrilling transformation, poised to become one of London's premier lifestyle destinations.

    With a focus on delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative initiatives that align with the club's brand ethos and USPs.

    Cultivating strategic brand partnerships to enhance the membership proposition and engage the local creative community.
    Nurturing relationships with existing members through proactive outreach and personalized engagement initiatives.
    Designing and executing an engaging calendar of member programming that fosters community and adds value to memberships.
    Championing the implementation of a new CRM system (PeopleVine) and refining processes to optimize member interactions.
    Establishing and maintaining community relationships, staying abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings.
    Collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders to achieve financial targets and ensure operational excellence.

    Proven experience in membership acquisition and retention within the hospitality or private members' club sector.
    Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
    A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering personalized service and fostering member loyalty.
    Experience implementing CRM systems and leveraging data insights to drive decision-making.
    Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and revenue optimization.
