    2 Days Office Central London, 3 Days Home

    Basic Salary £70,000 plus benefits 28 days holiday plus Bank Holiday, 10% of salary contributed towards pension fund, Employee Assistance Programme Package.

    Permanent, Full Time

    We are looking for a full-time, experienced and highly motivated Head of Membership to provide strategic and operational direction to our membership department.

    This role will be responsible for the oversight of the department's primary functions of membership administration, invoicing, engagement and service as well as lending a hand within the day-to-day operations if needed.

    The General Manager will provide expertise and support to the Senior Manager and the membership team, ensuring a provision of the highest levels of applicant and member service during what is for us a period of continuous and rapid growth.

    This role will be at the forefront in further developing the capabilities of our membership department including the emerging requirements of due diligence, automated invoicing and customer service.

    Continuous improvement and projects
    Experience of successful multi-stakeholder management and project management
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (desirable)
