    About the Role:

    As a People Services Assistant focused on Learning & Development, you will play a crucial role in both coordinating the administration of our L&D strategy and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth delivery of training events and development initiatives, as well as maintaining and enhancing our HR systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learning & Development:
      • Coordinate and communicate all training events and strategies.
      • Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries and e-learning requests.
      • Maintain the L&D SharePoint platform with up-to-date and accurate information.
      • Administer the Core Training process and annual appraisal process.
      • Liaise with managers on training needs and create in-house e-learning modules.
      • Ensure all training materials are compliant with current laws and best practices.
      • Produce and analyse reports on L&D activities.
    • General HR:
      • Manage data in the company HR system and ensure all files are up-to-date.
      • Respond to day-to-day enquiries and provide HR support to middle management.
      • Assist in the administration of employment changes and annual reviews.
      • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records.
      • Attend other company sites as required for People Services tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on learning and development.
    • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with HR systems.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work proactively and adapt to a continuously evolving environment.
