    HR Services Officer - United Kingdom - BuroHappold Engineering

    Are you a Human Resources professional looking for an exciting new challenge in Bath? Buro Happold is looking for a HR Shared Services Officer with previous HR experience, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

    Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, you will be part of a team providing end to end support to the regional HR Consultants and the employees of Buro Happold's UK offices.

    The role is responsible for HR processes, administration, and continuous improvement in a generalist capacity and provides the full HR lifecycle.

    HR Processes and administration:

    Full accuracy, responsiveness, and coordination of all processes to support the employee life cycle including completion of all HR administration and co-ordination for your designated business area.

    First point of contact for employee queries via the HR Shared Services mailbox, on call or face to face interaction.

    Working with payroll (or payroll providers) to provide timely information in line with cut offs, any any specific reports and/or data logs that HRSS need to do on a regular basis.

    Providing data for and preparing routine management information reports and documents and handle ad-hoc report requests as required.

    Provide support for audit requests ensuring that they are handled in a timely fashion and provide information as needed.

    Enter data into the HR database on HR Information Systems, for maintaining 100% accurate employee records.
    Manage requests within SLA and smaller-scale ad hoc projects to deadline, demonstrating close attention to detail.
    Proven HR Operations experience in an international shared services environment.
    Well versed in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Experience in administrating HR Operations support for the UK region - global experience is a bonus.
    Ability to manage a portfolio of activities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
    Proven ability to provide excellent service.
