    Description
    Bilingual Technical Support Engineer


    • Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation
    • Ideally bilingual English and Italian/Spanish/French/Portuguese
    • Ability to diagnose and configure Windows servers and in-house tools
    • Must have full clean driver's licence and car


    A customer and quality focused Bilingual Technical Support Engineer with a background in the communications product development industry (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) required for a thriving and highly respected business with strong staff retention and opportunities to progress your career.

    This is a 1st/2nd line support role, handling predominantly email requests for support but with an increasing demand for phone support so excellent communication skills are a must.

    Bilingual Technical Support Engineer

    Salary:
    £38-48K with attractive benefits package including private healthcare, pension, dental plan, life assurance, early closing on Fridays and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.
