    Job Title: Manager, Restaurant PR

    Salary: from £36,000+ per annum plus benefits package

    Location: London, South West, United Kingdom

    Position type: Full time, 4 days a week working scheme, on-site

    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Restaurant PR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR initiatives to enhance the restaurant's brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and increase customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans to promote the restaurant's brand, events, and offerings.

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with local media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and media partnerships.

    Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and story angles to generate positive media coverage.

    Organise press events, tastings, and media dinners to showcase the restaurant's cuisine and ambiance.

    Monitor media coverage and social media mentions and provide timely responses to inquiries and feedback.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, culinary, and management teams, to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.

    Analyse PR performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new PR opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

    Proven experience in PR, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

    Strong media relations skills and a network of contacts in the local media landscape.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitches.

    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative PR campaigns.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in PR software and tools, as well as social media platforms.

    Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and press activities.
