Enrolment Support Officer - United Kingdom - Realise UK
Description
Your main responsibilities will be to offer our learners fantastic information, advice and guidance and complete eligibility checks in line with the funding agency. As part of your role, you will also complete enrolments with learners, and then process the learner data accurately and in a timely manner.
* Please note - this is a fixed term role for 12 months.
Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
Confirmation of learner eligibility and checking of prior attainment.
Offering IAG to learners with effective signposting where the course is not suitable, or they are not eligible.
Support learners to complete Initial Assessments.
Ensure that the quality of Initial Assessments carried out are robust and support Realise's ethos of "Right Learner, Right Programme"
Enrolment of the learner onto the ILR (Individualised Learner Record), including accurate data input into the CRM system.
Collaborative working with sales and the delivery team to ensure smooth transition through each stage of the learner journey.
Engage with learners, employers and internal operations team to support the enrolment journey.
Ensure learning resources are made available on learning platform ( SkillsBuilder ) ready for induction.
Calling learners and supporting them through enrolment and onto induction.
Accurate input of apprentices in the company MIS (Yeti)
Accurate checking of Actual Prior Learning (APL)
Responsible for the 'end to end' enrolment process from referral to the first day in learning, ensuring a positive start to the learner journey.

Training sector experience – highly desirable but not essential
