    You will be responsible for supporting the customer success and product teams.

    Answering customer support tickets/live chat and liaising with customers
    Writing online user guides
    Participating in customer success meetings (both remotely and on customer site)
    Other duties and projects as assigned

    An aptitude for and a belief in the importance of customer service
    ~ Experience of financial services
    Full UK driving licence
