Description
We are seeking a proficient Document Controller (contract role) to manage all facets of document control, ensuring smooth collaboration within the Engineering & Projects team.
The role demands timely processing of project documentation, from registration to transmittal and return of comments.You will implement and upgrade policies for effective Document Control processes, develop and maintain electronic databases for efficient storage and retrieval of project information, and ensure the punctual issuance of internal and external documentation to foster project progression.
Reviewing and verifying project documents for completeness, format, and contractual compliance will be a key responsibility.Additionally, organising the production of manufacturer record books (MRBs) and data packs for projects and numbering and circulating Company documents according to approved protocols will be vital tasks.
