    Job Title:
    Senior Programme ManagerContract: 1 Year FTC (Secondment is possible)

    Salary:
    c£70, 000

    Working Model:
    Majority Home WorkerAllen Lane are working with a regulator to appoint a Senior Programme Manager on a 1 years FTC

    Purpose of the role:
    To lead the design and implementation of the organisations Reform programme as programme manager by; facilitating the scoping and detailed design of the programme with senior stakeholders, developing realistic plans to support multiple strands of deliverables, undertake robust resource planning, agree fit for purpose governance structures and ways of working, and put in place matrix management arrangements to drive progress to time, cost and required quality standards

    Responsibilities:

    in partnership with the Head of Programmes, guide the Senior Leadership Team and Leadership Group on the resource management and phasing implications of the programme with respect to the existing Business Plam, ensuring organisational activity is prioritised knowledge to design of the reform programme, facilitating a deliverables centric plan, with clear milestones and dependency informed sequencing and prioritisation of partnership with the Head of Programmes to integrate milestones and resource planning, and to create a clear map of all dependent and inter-dependent resource plans to support the Programme, working with the Head of Programmes to understand wider resource demands and associated pinch and proportionate governance to support programme development and delivery, ensuring the SLT has access to all relevant information to underpin informed decision making.project leads to account on behalf of the SLT, ensuring that project management disciplines are adhered to, and key milestones are achieved.


    Personal Specification:
    Relevant postgraduate degree level qualification or equivalent professional experienceProgramme and project management qualifications.
    An experienced project manager, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects including transformational change programmes.
    Experience of communicating to a high standard orally and in writingExcellent interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively at all levels, both internally and externallyEvidence of strong skills in collaborating and working in partnership with othersAn ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and resolve disputes
