    Description

    A national top 50 law firm is recruiting a Senior Bids Manager to focus on bids and tenders across the UK in both the private and public sectors.

    Working collaboratively as part of a team, identifying and logging opportunities, bid planning, "Bid no Bid" scoping, drafting SQ, RfP, ITT and similar responses
    Use project management skills and techniques to ensure well-planned, organised and controlled processes to drive bids forward.
    Formulating best practice on win strategy for each bid, including consideration of commercial strategies and clearly articulating the reasons for adopting those strategies
    A focus on continual improvement of the quality of submissions
    Legal knowledge or experience of managing bids in a law firm
    Extensive experience of drafting bid responses for both the private and public sectors
    Excellent writing, communication and influencing skills
    Strong project management skills and techniques to help create and manage complex plans
    Proficient with Microsoft packages
