Our purpose – Celebrating life, every day, everywhere – has an important role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, in how we perform and how we create shared value.
About the role:

The role holder will lead on both the Reward strategy and priorities for this group, alongside the strategy for the non-unionized population whilst balancing the offering within the local country specifics.
The complexity of the matrix environment, combined with a large group of stakeholders at all levels of seniority, necessitates the ability to build great relationships and have outstanding customer engagement and interpersonal skills. Managing competing priorities, and understanding how to get things done in a matrix organization is also critical.
Reporting into the Head of Market Reward and working collaboratively with Diageo's Global Reward COE, this position will also play a key role in our ongoing transformation efforts. These are aimed at delivering step-change improvements in the purpose & impact of our global Reward programs & practices.
