    About IEGInteractive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports.

    About the roleThe Senior Producer will play an important role as part of Tencent Games' second-party production team.

    You will build great relationships with our game studio partners and collaborate with them to deliver AAA titles across multiple-platforms.

    You will contribute to the overall strategy of the second-party team and help drive the strategy forward.

    You will manage AAA games through all development stages, from initial concept design right through to commercial release and post launch support/live-ops.

    As a Senior Producer, you will manage and coach production staff, educating on production methodologies and internal processes.

    With a good background in Games as a service or having mobile experience, you will be educating teams on how to successfully deliver GaaS games and how they are managed successfully in the live environment.

    Together, we will help our studio partners make great gamesWithin this role you will:

    Work with one or more external UK/European based studios, including frequent travelDrive quality in a collaborative and constructive wayWork with the teams to setup and understand the key KPI's that will be used to measure the games' success both ahead of and after launch Ensure that the development team understands GaaS components of a game and are structured to successfully deliver these games to our playersWork with the development teams to ensure that they are setup to deliver and manage a game in a live service environment, so that the game is regularly updated with new content being delivered to players.

    Act as an internal product championBe involved in strategic product planning, franchise and lifecycle managementEnsure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedbackBe responsible for planning production in line with contractual obligations, budget, scope, timelines and quality standardsPrepare and regularly communicate project status information to managementLiaise with our partner team in China HQ including travelling to China as and when requiredSupport the external development team to help them do their best work, in a satisfying and sustainable mannerRepresent games titles at industry events globallyTo be successful you will have: 6+ years' games production experience, shipping multiple titlesAn excellent understanding of what is required to build and deliver AAA titles and franchisesOutstanding organizational skills and abilityA track record of successful completed projects
