- Lead the support of a portfolio of 8 ETRM/CTRM systems, including Allegro, TriplePoint/Tempest, Bunkertech, Aspect, OpenLink, and Amphora.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues related to the company's commodities trading applications.
- Partner with traders, trade executioners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and identify root causes of problems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and documentation for application support procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams on bug fixes and enhancements to the trading applications.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an Application Support role within the Commodities Trading industry is required.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting ETRM/CTRM platforms is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and its application to support trading applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
