    Description
    Troon is looking for an onsite Recruiting Coordinator who will provide recruiting support companywide.

    This position will manage a variety of recruiting functions such as posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and compiling offer letters.

    The ideal candidate is organized and motivated to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.


    Compensation:
    $21-$23/ hour

    Process requests for job postings and updates
    Post positions to external job boards/websites
    Source candidates for a variety of positions
    Create offer letters and initiate new hire background checks
    Assist with recruiting/staffing metrics
    Learning Management System administration and reporting
    Performs other duties as required


    Education/Experience:
    ~ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Physical Demands:
    Typical office environment occasionally stands and walks, and frequently sits. Typically requires the routine use of personal computer and general office equipment.
    Noise level is moderate.

    Job Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
    Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
    Must be well organized and detail-oriented
    Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
