We're looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executives to join our team in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media.

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed.

Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre- and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Strong & empathetic communicator – be skilled at building rapport with customer to enable a high standard of customer service.
