    Job Role: HR Business Partner
    Salary: 40k- 43k
    Location: Leicester
    Monday-Friday ( HYBRID options)

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
    • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a range of topics including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
    • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Coach and mentor managers on effective people management practices.

    • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
