    Franchise Business Coach:
    Exempt, Full Time
    Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to assess their business progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    Collaborate with franchisees to create customized business development plans and support them in achieving their growth targets.


    Performance Analysis:

    Utilize data from Client Tether, Domo, Gataware, Profit Keeper and other relevant sources to analyze franchisee performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency to track franchisee success.
    Become the go-to expert in the company's CRM system, Client Tether, understanding its functionalities, features, and best practices.

    Develop training materials, guides, and resources to share these best practices with other franchisees, contributing to the overall improvement of franchisee performance.

    Collaborate closely with cohorts on the operations team to provide insights and feedback that can inform the onboarding and training of new franchisees.

    Assist as needed with the onboarding, training, and opening of new franchise locations.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, CRM advancements, and franchising best practices to continuously enhance the coaching and support provided to franchisees.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    Expertise in using CRM systems highly preferred, and proficient in using standard Microsoft office software and tools.
    Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business development plans.
    Flexibility to travel regularly to franchise locations, with up to 50% travel.
