    Description


    Advertising Digital Sales ManagerAs the Advertising Digital Sales Manager, you will report to an Account Director, driving the Digital Activation department's efforts.

    Leading a team comprising an Account Manager and Account Executive, you'll craft innovative strategies to align with client objectives, optimising performance to meet media and business KPIs.


    The Role:
    Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities within digital media.
    Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communicationStrategic account managementMaximise client satisfaction and retention.
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop compelling sales pitches and presentations,Effectively articulate the value proposition of digital advertising solutions.

    Overseeing media activation, with a focus on platforms like Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), social media, Programmatic, and Retail Media.

    Your expertise in digital media, particularly across Search and Social platforms, will be invaluable, with an eagerness to broaden your skills in other digital disciplines.


    What we are looking for:


    Candidates with hands-on experience in E-Commerce, adept at leveraging Product feeds and ad formats like Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta's Advantage+ Suite.

    Candidates with a track record should demonstrate a keen focus on performance metrics such as Revenue, CPA, and LTV, utilising bid and tag management platforms like Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager.

    Strong organisational skillsManage time efficientlyPrioritise tasks, and coordinate with your team on ad hoc, recurring, and project-based activities.

    Have an appetite for professional growthCommitment to enhancing client digital strategies, with aspirations for career advancementRole and Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute effective strategies across media channels.
    Provide guidance and leadership to an Account Manager and Account Executive.
    Manage full-funnel campaign operations, correlating various executions with overarching KPIs.
    Ensure excellence in client activity setup, adhering to best practices and implementing testing roadmaps.
    Conduct timely financial reconciliations to maintain operational efficiency.
