    Company Description The Prison Phoenix Trust is an award winning national charity (CIO) based in Oxford, United Kingdom.

    It has over 35 years experience promoting positive transformation through yoga and meditation based rehabilative interventions within the prison systems of the UK & Ireland.

    Programmes are designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being to help people develop skills for personal growth, self-reflection and reintegration into the wider community.

    Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as the Deputy Director, with a diligent, process orientated approach in an operations role.

    Responsible for managing and creating systems that facilitate capacity building and income growth.

    Experience of implementing digital strategies to enhance efficiency and fund raising is a key requirement, within a broader operational role and strong people and office management skills.

    They will lead on budgeting and our volunteer support experience, managing IT and HR functions and reporting to The Director.

    The role will require working collaboratively and conducting user research with staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.

    Salary £40,22- £43,421 FTE prorata 3 days a week. Qualifications Operations Management and Team Management skills including external consultants.

    Analytical Skills and Budgeting experienceStrong data management & digital skillsAbility to inspire and lead change managentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environmentExperience in the nonprofit sector is a plusMeditation & yoga practice is valuable but not essential.
