- Prospecting and generating new leads through outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities for our PR and Digital services
- Crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Work with the full agency team (Senior and Junior) to train and coach to improve their sales skills
- Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- In return, we are offering a generous salary and compensation package for the right person, although we would also consider someone less senior looking for their next step on the career ladder. You will be based in London, with a large potential market to explore, and the role would form part of our senior management team.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our growth in the B2B Technology market at our London-based, independently owned, PR and Marketing agency.
We are looking for someone who has previously been in an internal sales role (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative) and preferably graduated to a Team Leader/Head of Internal Sales position.
You will be responsible for actively generating opportunities, developing ideas and helping the senior team close deals.Lead Generation and Sales
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in internal sales roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills essential, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic B2B environment.
