    Vendor Management Coordinator
    Legal Due Diligence

    The Legal Due Diligence (LDD) team is a small team within the wider Office of the General Counsel (OGC) team.

    You will be responsible for helping co-ordinate vendor onboardings and recertifications.

    This role will be part of the TPVDD (third party vendor due diligence) team which sits within Fragomen's Office of General Counsel team.

    Assisting the LDD team in general, this will involve administrative tasks, logging tasks, managing large data storage sheets, and taking care of the shared LDD mailbox etc.

    Providing support with the launch of our new vendor data management tool.

    To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and analytical skills, preferably with previous experience in an office-based environment.

    For example, once full training is complete, being able to take ownership of your own workload.
    General awareness of what might constitute as a legal, cybersecurity, data privacy or compliance issue.

    Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by.

    The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
