    Ditto está buscando un gerente de A&R para unirse a su creciente equipo de editorial de música.

    Ditto Music es una de las principales compañías de distribución de música, servicios de sellos discográficos y editoriales de música del mundo, y cuenta con más de artistas, sellos y compositores de todo el mundo.

    Ditto Plus Music Publishing ofrece servicios de gestión de derechos globales a compositores, productores, managers, sellos, supervisores de música, casas de postproducción y otros titulares de derechos.

    Descripción

    Como A&R & Client Relationship Manager, trabajarás junto con los equipos globales de Ditto Record Label Services y el MD de Ditto Plus Music Publishing para identificar, firmar, y gestionar las relaciones con clientes editoriales a nivel mundial.

    Responsabilidades

    Identificar artistas ( escritores, productores ), sellos, managers y otros titulares de derechos e introducirlos en la gama de servicios que ofrecemos.

    Representar a Ditto Plus Music Publishing de forma independiente y junto con el personal superior en reuniones con clientes editoriales existentes y nuevos.

    Términos comerciales de negociación y nuevos clientes a bordo.

    Gestionar relaciones con clientes nuevos y existentes; ser el punto de contacto para todas las consultas y establecer contactos con derechos legales, derechos de autor, regalías y equipos financieros para garantizar que las consultas se resuelvan rápidamente y que todos los clientes reciban el mejor servicio de su clase.

    Comunicarse regularmente con los representantes de clientes y clientes para abordar inquietudes, gestionar expectativas y mantener excelentes relaciones de trabajo.

    Representar a Ditto Music en el Reino Unido e internacionalmente, incluida la asistencia a eventos en vivo, paneles y eventos de la industria.

    Apasionado por la música y conocedor de una variedad de estilos musicales y escenas musicales.
    Conectado a una red de artistas y gerentes y capaz de generar de forma independiente pistas de firma.
    Entusiasta con la música independiente y el desarrollo del artista.
    Fuerte comunicación y habilidades organizativas.
    Proactivo y positivo con capacidad para iniciar tareas de forma independiente y continuar hasta su finalización.

    Enfoque flexible y adaptable para crecer dentro de un equipo y adaptar los procesos a medida que el negocio continúa creciendo y la base del cliente evoluciona.

    Se prefiere el título de licenciatura en campos relacionados, pero no es necesario.
    Ubicación
    Londres – Kingly Court, Carnaby. Lo mismo ocurre con el trabajo a domicilio cuando sea práctico y no perjudicial para las prioridades comerciales.
