    We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in selling with "conference and event sales".

    Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

    • Utilise your industry network to generate leads and close sales.
    • Work closely with the project management team to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay uptodate with market trends and expand your network.

    Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in technical event services or the AV industry, ideally in conference and event sales within a hotel.

    B2B sales - Ability to sell Technical Events and AV services and communicate with the team
    Drive Business Development with achievable Sales strategies and appointment setting - Natural Closer.
    Strong existing network within the events and AV sector.
    Excellent telephone and communication skills.
    Computer literate (Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads)
    First-class presentation-building skills.
    Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    A degree in Event Management and/or Business Management is optional.
