    Trunking Administration Manager Burton Upon Trent, DE14 2BG
    Permanent
    40 hours per week.

    Starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm on a Monday to Friday basis, however, flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

    We are now recruiting for a Trunking Administration Manager to join us.

    Reporting to the Primary Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the administration of a team of 4 direct reports and the wider primary logistics team including a fleet of 51 vehicles and 130 trailers, covering over 400 customer delivery outlets, delivering 1.Day-to-day execution & management of all administration tasks within the team.

    Manage specific aspects of CMBCs contract service and third-party logistics functions.
    Accurate financial management of CMBCs haulage partners.
    Manage the Admin teams Holidays and absences.
    Comply with CMBCs process confirmation checklists to manage performance within the team.

    Previous experience working within administration in a logistics or trunking setting.
    Ability to highlight areas for improvement and challenge poor performance where necessary.
    IT Literate with experience using MS Office essential and SAP preferred.

    Presentation skills with experience analysing skill gaps and delivering training sessions to your team on both one to one and group basis.
