    Description

    Role Summary

    The Associate Director, Marketing Operations, is essential to the potential launch of Autolus lead CAR- T program. This role is a critical part of the brand team, ensuring market operations are executed effectively and efficiently, contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives. This includes leading digital and omni-channel Marketing initiatives, managing the production team delivery of print and digital assets, and partnering cross functionally to support the optimization of the brand's ecosystem and operational model. Additionally, this role will support the onboarding of vendor partners including but not limited to NPP media and speaker bureau.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Support key marketing activities and initiatives for potential launch of Autolus lead CAR- T program. as Operational lead of Brand Marketing and evaluating and deployment of various marketing technologies.


    • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to prioritize and further develop roles and responsibilities across various brand initiatives


    • Manage external agency partners and projects from concept to completion on time and within budget, while measuring success versus industry benchmarks and ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence.


    • Organize and present campaign reporting metrics and analytics to Sr Leadership
    • Develop and maintain a digital NPP plan and onboard media agency to implement plan with clear deliverables and analytics


    • Establish strong relationships with key internal functions including Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory


    • Lead in onboarding and managing a print/production fulfilment vendor and coordinate distribution of print and promotional materials


    • Work closely with Commercial Operations to increase operational excellence for the Marketing team


    • Conduct onboarding and management of speaker bureau vendor


    • Lead logistics planning and execution for speaker bureau speaker training and support promotional speaker bureau execution


    • Manage Marketing budget in coordination with the broader Marketing team
