    Description
    The role is on a full-time, permanent basis with the location in Central London or Reading, United Kingdom.
    The client in this instance does operate a very flexible hybrid pattern.

    This role is a great opportunity for payroll professionals who want to be able to further expand and grow their payroll expertise.

    This is an organisation who will contribute to your training and development in Payroll to facilitate your career aspirationsCollaborating closely with you own portfolio of clients as well as the wider team.

    All for accurate, compliant and timely payment for their client base. You will be expected to undertake a variety of payroll, benefit, and administrative duties both independently and under supervision.

    In this dynamic role, you'll manage a range of responsibilities, from overseeing onboarding processes for new clients and accurately process payroll data, to addressing payroll queries and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Key responsibilities as a Payroll Associate:
    Methodically process client payrolls on a multi-frequency basisMaintaining client payroll records by gathering, calculating and inputting dataAnswering client queriesContributing to the provision of excellent service to a diverse range of internal and external clientsProviding support to managers and partnersReporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to a deadlineProcessing auto-enrolment for clients as necessaryPreparing salaries for multiple payrollsStatutory calculations and discussionsMonthly reconciliation of payroll costsPreparation of auto-enrolment reports and files for uploading 47490LWINDPAY
