    We are seeking a highly motivated and organised School Business Manager to join our vibrant 2-form entry primary school in Dewsbury.

    About the Role:

    • Overseeing all financial processes, ensuring efficient budgeting and spending.
    • Managing human resources, including payroll, contracts, and recruitment.
    • Leading on health and safety, safeguarding the school environment.
    • Providing strategic support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
    • Cultivating positive relationships with staff, parents, and governors.

    You'll be a great fit if you:

    • Possess a strong financial background and experience with school budgeting.
    • Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
    • Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office and school management software (desirable).
    • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a dedicated team.
    • Hold a passion for education and a commitment to children's well-being.
