- Handling and responding to all relevant correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters.
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries for one family member.
- Setting reminders for meetings and appointments.
- Weekly collation and payment of household and personal invoices when approved.
- Monthly payroll preparation for payroll administrators.
- Preparation of monthly bank statement summaries.
- Monthly payment/expense reports, with associated invoices, need to be created and presented.
- Creation of a yearly budget with cash flow requirements.
- Paper and digital filing for easy access and entry in to Xero software for third-party review.
- Liaising with third-party professional institutions to support cash-flow requirements and annual tax compliance.
- Making travel and hotel arrangements for one family member.
