    Our global service team is looking for a Service Analyst to join our Entrance Control team to drive service-related development initiatives and analytics.

    Position location in UK / Finland / Sweden, hybrid working possible. This position is reporting directly to VP, Recurring revenue and customer service.

    This person will possess strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills and will be a key member of the service organization.


    What you will do:

    Service development:
    Drive service-related development initiatives with the VP, Recurring revenue and customer service as well as our local service leads in the countries Project management: Support in cascading the GEC Service excellence model and our country service teams' in execution of their local service plans

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for service growth.

    Analyze competitor services and market positioning Internal analysis:
    Support decision-making by preparing e.g.

    analysis of current installed base and customers as well as pricing, together with our functional expertsWhat do you need?
