    # The HR Lead provides comprehensive support to the HR team in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Lead assists with employee relations issues, maintains accurate employee records, and stays updated with HR best practices and employment laws for compliance. Collaboration with other departments is crucial for supporting HR-related initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building efforts.

    Provide support to the HR team in all areas of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

    Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and training sessions.
    Administer employee benefits programs, paid time off, attendance, productivity logs, and others.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, or other project management tools and cloud-based tools.
    Stay current with HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance with regulations.
    Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building efforts.
    Minimum of 8 years of HR experience across the functions. Senior HR Manager or similar role in an Agency or Start-up company
    Preferably within the eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and/or construction space.
    Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
    Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
    Experience with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in using social media for recruiting. High level of Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal, and problem-solver.
    Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work across different time zones.
    Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
    Experience in recruitment and onboarding
    Familiarity with performance management and benefits administration
    Ability to maintain accurate employee records using HRIS or project management tools
    Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
    Collaboration skills for working with other departments on HR initiatives
    Ability to stay updated with changing HR policies and practices.
