    Resourcing Coordinator - London, United Kingdom - Lily Shippen

    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a pioneering technology company on an exciting journey of growth based in the West End This will be a fast-paced and hands-on role working closely with the HR Manager.

    You will be part of a small but respected HR function and be able to add value and make a difference in your role.

    This position will suit someone with at least five years hands on HR experience or HR exposure, ideally with a strong legal background (i.e. someone possessing a legal Degree or similar).

    Maintaining HR databases and records
    Managing holiday, sickness, and absence records
    Liaising with payroll and administer benefits
    Handling general HR queries
    Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks
    Maintaining shared HR inbox and sponsor management system
    Contributing to HR process improvement projects
    Assisting with policy and procedure development
    Providing diary management support to the HR Manager etc

    Previous HR administration experience required, minimum 5 years in a comparable role/environment
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
    Experience with HR systems preferred
    Experience in high-volume HR admin roles desirable
    Strong organisational and diary management skills
    CIPD Level 3 qualification
    Excellent communication skills in English
    Relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation

    This is a hybrid role, approximately 3 days per week in the office.
