- Responsible for remote support and onsite maintenance of our checkpoint automation, PC and server hardware; Maintain Windows and SQL Server environments; configure and install APC UPS's;.
- Shifted between Full time office hours out of office hours dependant on rota
- Direct report to the Support Manager.
- Working with Development and Testing implementation departments on checkpoint systems.
- Working within the Service Department and with the Development and Testing implementation departments on current and future systems
- Continually build relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the successful maintenance of checkpoint assets
- Will need to work with the commissioning team to gain controls experience and understanding of the interfaced systems
- Always follow and promote Group and Company policies and procedures
- Ensure all Company equipment and personal PPE properly used
- Fully Understand and always adhere to the Company's Equality Policy at all times
- All employees must conduct themselves in accordance with our Corporate Company Values and Business Ethics at all times
- High level IT knowledge
- PLC Controls Background
- Proven experience of technical support
- Previous experience in a similar working environment
- Solid working knowledge of:

- High Level Problem solving
- 5 Year traceable work history
- Fluent Written and Spoken English
- Valid UK Passport
