    Role Summary

    As a member of the US Marketing team, the candidate for this position will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of the tactical Marketing plans for products across the Autolus portfolio, with an immediate focus on potential launch of Autolus lead CAR- T program. This role will collaborate with key functional areas including Sales, Market Access, and other cross functional partners. This position reports to the Executive Director, US Marketing.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and execute Marketing branded and unbranded promotional and educational activities, including planning, resource creation, and implementation for Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs).


    • Collaborate with obe-cel brand lead to drive the overall brand strategy


    • Translate market research findings into actionable insight, strategies, and tactical plans


    • Collaborate with agencies in the development, implementation and placement of personal and non-personal print, digital media and video promotional plans and associated resources to customers.


    • Manage external agency partners and projects from concept to completion on time and within budget, while measuring success versus industry benchmarks and ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence.


    • Support execution of insight generation activities (e.g., market research and advisory boards) to inform Marketing strategies.


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance colleagues while managing the review of Marketing assets through the approval process.


    • Collaborate in the development and execution of the annual operational plan and support new product/indication launch planning activities, including associated training initiatives.


    • Manage Marketing budget in coordination with team members.


    • Lead meetings with field sales team and incorporate field team feedback as appropriate.


    • Maintain internal libraries/repositories for approved Marketing resources.


    • Executive updates: preparing and presenting strategy, work, and findings on a regular basis.
