    Insurance Claims Customer Support Analyst

    Position Overview: As an Insurance Claims Customer Support Analys, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing support and guidance to our clients throughout the claims process. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your expertise in claims handling will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to assist with insurance claims inquiries and submissions.
    • Investigate and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage, authenticity, and eligibility for processing.
    • Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation requirements, and any necessary follow-up steps.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including claims adjusters and underwriters, to expedite claim resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claim details, and resolutions using our CRM system.
    • Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints with tact and efficiency, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer service or claims handling within the insurance industry is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in assessing claims and identifying discrepancies.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer interactions and claims processing.
    • A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for assisting and supporting customers in challenging situations.
