- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to assist with insurance claims inquiries and submissions.
- Investigate and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage, authenticity, and eligibility for processing.
- Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation requirements, and any necessary follow-up steps.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including claims adjusters and underwriters, to expedite claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claim details, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints with tact and efficiency, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Previous experience in customer service or claims handling within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in assessing claims and identifying discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer interactions and claims processing.
