We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our team based in Middlesbrough.You will manage the day to day running of the Middlesbrough Office, under the guidance of the Director of Youth Work, being the first point of contact for visitors – youth work professionals, young people and parents.
You will be experienced, flexible to change, eager to learn and undertake relevant training when required, have good interpersonal skills, work in a team, and be friendly and approachable.
Providing administration support for organisational programmes, implementing and maintaining procedures and systems, including financial records.Data inputting, creating and managing files, computerised and physical.
Liaising with Building Management maintaining a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
Organising events, training and meetings.
Supporting and being proactive with social media and website updates.
The candidate should hold at least three years' administration experience, GCSE English and Maths and a qualification in administration, business or information technology.
This is a part time permanent office based post working Monday to Friday. Occasional out of hours' work may be required.
