    Description

    Marks Sattin Executive search is working with a well-respected Aim Listed business. In search of an analytical and innovative CFO to head up their finance function and lead their finance team in partnership with the CEO. This is a highly successful business and that is currently going through a period of transformation.

    As the number one in finance, the CFO will take a leading role in guiding the business through transformative change, having full responsibility for managing the finance function, executing initiatives aimed at enhancing margins to stimulate profit growth, and improving the structure of customer accounts for optimal performance .

    As the CFO you will craft and execute sustainable solutions ,to progressively enhance profitability and associated margins. As well as design automated reporting mechanisms to extract key insights from collected data, aiding management in making informed decisions and enhancing drive profit growth across the business.

    Furthermore, the CFO will Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, you will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably Chartered
    • Established track record of driving transformative change and achieving substantial growth
    • Dynamic and energetic approach to overseeing operational finance activities, coupled with a keen enthusiasm for achieving businesses objectives
    • Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building enduring relationships with stakeholders.
    • Adept at working with the executive team to chart the strategic course of the business
