    Accounts Co-ordinator

    Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00

    Permanent


    Our client, a global manufacturing company and supplier for soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Co-ordinator to join their team.


    Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will develop your role over a two-year period working with other departments in the company and understanding the systems and procedures.


    As an Accounts Co-ordinator your duties will be:

    • Matching and coding invoices.
    • Requesting any invoices or credit notes that have not yet been received as per statement reconciliation.
    • Matching and coding receipts.
    • Provide support in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
    Regular reconciliation of the sales ledger.


    • Process card payments over the phone.
    The successful Accounts Co-ordinator will have the following skills:


    • Demonstrate strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
    • Willingness to take on other ad-hoc duties to support the Accounts Manager.
    • Familiarity with Xero/Simpro although this is desirable and would be advantageous as full training will be given by the Accounts Manager.
    * 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus 4 Grace and Favour days.

    • Travel allowance paid if travelling more than 10 miles to place of work.
