    Description

    Business Development Manager – Chesterfield – Up to £32,000 + OTE Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly expanding, family business who are looking for a Business Development Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

    This role would be a great fit for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry or in a similar role.

    We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and fellow colleagues. Performance-based bonus
    Entry into the pension scheme (3% employer contribution)

    Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
    Ensure CRM and customer information is up to date
    To support our customers growth & develop long term relationships for the business
    Be organised and produce high quality customer visits reliably
    Manage leads and new business opportunites, ensuring you are delivering on them
    To represent the business with a professional & customer first approach
    Full UK driving licence
    ~ Computer literate and possess basic IT skills
    ~ Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
