- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or scientific industry
