    What this job can offer you

    The Marketing team acts as the driving force behind Remote's growth. Through various marketing channels such as product marketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content creation, our team broadcasts Remote's message to generate revenue and establish Remote as a global leader in HR services and remote work.

    What you bring

    • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role
    • Strong knowledge of Brand and Communications at an international level
    • Effective analytical and project management abilities
    • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Creative and entrepreneurial flair combined with strong analytical thinking

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in multiple languages
    • In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges across various global markets
    • Experience with remote work is advantageous

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Leadership:
      • Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business goals
      • Define the brand's unique value proposition and market positioning
      • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
      • Set short-term and long-term objectives for the Brand & Communication team globally
      • Conduct market research and analyze data for insights
    2. Messaging and Content Creation:
      • Develop engaging brand messages for target audiences
      • Supervise content development including press releases, website content, and marketing materials
      • Ensure content follows brand guidelines
    3. Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Align internal stakeholders with brand communication strategies
      • Establish internal communication programs
      • Promote a consistent internal brand culture
    4. Media Relations and Public Relations:
      • Build relationships with media outlets and influencers
      • Run public relations campaigns to boost brand visibility
      • Handle crisis communication and manage the brand's response to negative publicity
    5. Social Media:
      • Manage the company's presence on social media platforms
      • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
      • Monitor social media for brand mentions and engagement
    6. Budget Management:
      • Oversee budgets for brand communication activities
      • Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
    7. Team Management:
      • Recruit, train, and manage Brand and Communications teams
      • Set team goals and ensure performance aligns with these goals
      • Promote collaboration within the team and across customer groups

    Remote Compensation Philosophy

    Remote's Total Rewards philosophy focuses on fair, unbiased compensation, equitable pay structures, and competitive benefits in all our operational regions. We advocate against cheap labor practices, ensuring we pay above local rates to empower global talent and boost local economies.

    The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$204,000 USD., based on various factors.
