    Description
    Hawkwood are currently partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed, sports marketing agency.

    Having doubled their headcount since the beginning of last year, they are looking to build out their Talent team to help with their continued growth.

    They have worked with some of the biggest names and organisations within the sporting industry .

    We are looking for a Talent executive who will be able to come in and support Tech hiring into the business.

    This person will play a central role in ensuring the business maintains high levels of performance and candidate care, and will also get stuck into some very exciting projects.

    Using creative sourcing methods to identify, engage and acquire world-class (technical ) talent through multiple search platforms with a meaningful emphasis on diversity.

    Develop social media opportunities to increase employer brand awareness including researching suitable communities, initiatives and events.

    Support the Talent team in the internal and external communications of recruitment initiatives, reporting on recruitment KPIs and liaising with cross-functional line management.

    Ideally recruited Technical roles (Engineering and Data)
    Ability to work at pace whilst not compromising quality.
    A data-driven approach to capacity planning and workload management.
