    Redstone Commodity Search focus on offering 360° search solutions to the global commodities markets.     Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global oil & gas company who are looking to hire power portfolio specialists / manager's to join their team in the UK, Denmark or Norway.

    Key Responsibilities / Tasks

    • Part of the power portfolio management unit responsible for PnL, and the company's renewable assets, focused around mid to long term PPA's
    • Work closely with the origination and trading teams to optimise the company's power portfolio
    • Create, maintain and develop analysis and position management tools as well as trading methodologies for pricing the portfolio
    • Support the analysis of new business cases and opportunities
    • Role reports to Head of Power Portfolio Management

    Key Qualifications / Experience

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a portfolio management, portfolio specialist, portfolio analyst or similar role focused on the mid to longer term European power markets
    • Strong understanding of the structuring and pricing of PPA's
    • Understanding of power trading analysis and / or risk management
    • Quantitative modelling and analysis background
    • Located in the UK, Norway, or Denmark
