    Role: HR Operations Assistant
    Salary - Up to £30,000

    Role Requirements - Recruitment:
    • Supporting the people team with the employee life cycle.
    • Supporting the Venues with recruitment and employee onboarding.
    • Generating job postings for all venues across the UK
    • Full management of internal and external recruitment platforms
    • Assisting in all internal and external recruitment processes
    HR:
    • Supporting the HR Manager in all ER quires in a timely and diligent manner.
    • Full management of internal HR platform and HR Systems
    • Supporting the operations team with all admin and the generation of all people and operational reports weekly and monthly.
    • Supporting the people team in all projects either Ad Hoc or planned.
    • Assisting the people team with all reactive and planned ER cases - Absence tracking and recording, disciplinary meeting notes, probation reviews and employee 121's.
    Experience required:HR Experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided.Operational background essential preferably Hospitality, retail or a customer facing role.Must be open to new ways of working and working within a fast paced environment.Eye for detail is key as all admin and reporting must be diligent and to a high standard.
    Interview format will be:
    • Short introduction video call with the HR Manager (informal, 10 minutes max)
    • First stage interview in person at our Soho venue
    • Final stage interview in person with your People Director
