    If you are an Office Manager / Receptionist with good all-round skills then this role will really suit you.
    Assisting in the office with a wide range of administrative tasks
    Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival
    Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
    Co-ordinating office phones and equipment for staff working from home
    Managing requests for repairs of maintenance requirements and allocating work to contractors
